About Al Zahra Hospital
Founded in 1981 in Sharjah, Al Zahra Hospital was one of the first and largest hospitals in the United Arab Emirates. The building was originally intended to be a hotel and construction began in March 1975 but was re-planned in 1978, directed by Mumbai-based architects Krani and Sanghui Associates.
