Sales Coordinator and Business Development Executive

We are desperately searching for Sales Coordinator and Business Development Executive who can join quickly in our Auditing and Accounting Firm in JLT:

1- Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing deals and regulatory work through different office obligations, for example, picking up the telephone, settling on decisions to prospect customer, overseeing schedules and booking visits to customer.
  • Input new deals investigations into the organization’s information base and update program documents in the information base varying.
  • Collecting, dissecting, assessing and bookkeeping program data so as to build efficiency of deals
  • Maintaining a productive workplace while adding to the general accomplishment of the association
  • Coordinating and reacting to all solicitations of interior gatherings
  • Assisting in the execution of deals system as set up by the Manager
  • Coordinate deals group by overseeing plans, recording significant reports and conveying important data
  • Ensure the sufficiency of deals related material
  • Respond to grumblings from clients and give after-deals uphold when mentioned
  • Store and sort money related and non-monetary information in the electronic structure and present reports
  • Inform customers of unanticipated deferrals or issues
  • Monitor the group’s advancement, distinguish weaknesses and propose enhancements
  • Assist in the planning and arranging of special occasions

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven involvement with deals; insight as a business facilitator or in other managerial positions will be viewed as an or more;
  • Good PC abilities (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-composed and mindful with fitness in critical thinking
  • Excellent verbal and composed relational abilities
  • A cooperative person with a significant level of devotion
  • BSC/BA in a business organization or important field; affirmation in deals or promoting will be a benefit

2- Business Development – Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build contacts with possible customers to make new business openings
  • Researching and seeking after new business leads for the development of the business
  • Keep forthcoming customer information base refreshed
  • Make cold pitches for new business leads
  • Support recorded as a hard copy of new strategic plans
  • Prepare week by week, month to month report required by Manager


  • The up-and-comer must have involvement with deals for administration industry incredible correspondences aptitudes (composed and oral in the English Language)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
